  • Accepted: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx).

4. Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping. Delivery: 5–25 business days.

5. Retention of Title

  • Items remain EverMode’ property until paid in full.

6. Warranty

  • Statutory warranty applies.

7. Liability

  • EverMode is liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or health/safety issues. Limited liability applies in other cases.

  • Jurisdiction = EverMode’ operating country.

Refound Policy

At EverMode, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

1. Refund Method

  • Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card.

  • No cash, bank, or card refunds.

2. Timeline

  • Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

3. Not Eligible

  • Items outside the 7-day return window

  • Items not in returnable condition

  • Shipping fees & taxes

4. Gift Cards

  • Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect.
